Barbara Sylvestre-Williams, M.A.Sci.,P.Eng is a professional engineer with over 15 years of experience in the field of air dispersion modelling.  She currently works for the Ontario Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change as an Air Pollution Control Engineer.  She completed her masters of applied science on the topic of air dispersion modeling from mobile sources and specifically, developed a dispersion model for highway type of emissions and applied it to the City of Toronto. Mrs. Sylvestre-Williams has published on the topic of dispersion modelling, local scale and also presented on this topic.
